Terms of Service
By signing in to the Mohaseb 365 panel, or by using it, you accept these terms.
Acceptance
By signing in you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the system and speak to your business's administrator.
Your account is yours and is not transferable
- Never share your password or SMS code with anyone — not a colleague, not a manager.
- Anything done with your account is recorded under your name.
- If you suspect someone else has your account, change your password immediately and tell the administrator.
- Shared accounts are not permitted. One account per person.
Acceptable use
The system is a working tool of the business that granted you access. You may not:
- Reach data your role is not entitled to, or work around access controls.
- Export business data, or pass it to a competitor, without that business's explicit permission.
- Penetration-test the system, place abnormal load on it, or scan it with automated tools.
- Use the system for anything unlawful.
Ownership of data
Business data belongs to the business — not to us, and not to the individual who typed it in. A business may export its data in full at any time.
The software itself is ours. You are granted a right to use it, not ownership. Reverse engineering, resale and copying of the code are not permitted.
Availability
We do our best to keep the system up, but we offer no percentage uptime guarantee. The system may be briefly unavailable for maintenance; we announce this in advance where we can.
Outages of the internet, electricity, the SMS provider or Google services are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
The system is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect data entered by a user, from loss of data the business was responsible for backing up, or from a business decision made on the basis of a report.
Accuracy of the financial books, and their conformity with legal requirements, remain the responsibility of the business and its accountant. The system is a tool, not an auditor.
Termination
Your business may close your access at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, particularly on security grounds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Changes
On any meaningful change the version is incremented and acceptance is requested again at the next sign-in.
